We started working with Doug in August of 2019. He was phenomenal to work with, and we couldn't recommend him more. As you can imagine, our timing in terms of COVID and the explosion in demand & price in the Tahoe market, was less than ideal. Doug remained dedicated to helping us find the perfect cabin for our family and although it took 4 years ??, we finally did it! Doug's knowledge of the market paired with his willingness to always go above and beyond was invaluable. We live in San Francisco, so it wasn't possible for us to view properties on a whim. Throughout the process, we relied on Doug to tour homes that looked interesting to us and provide feedback. Doug was always willing to shoot a detailed video for us, and he always did it in a timely manner, allowing us to decide if we should take the 3+ hour drive to view the home ourselves. He's provided so much guidance to ensure we are prepared for the winter. He also recommended and requested quotes from contractors, and even met an inspector and a contractor at the property, when we were unable to get there. My husband and I were on the prowl for fractional ownership in North Tahoe or Truckee when I stumbled upon Doug’s website with multiple listings that caught our attention.
